Oman
From FDNAPI Wiki
Interpol's 2008 survey lists Oman as a country where a DNA database is planned. In 2014, Oman announced it had already begun collecting DNA from convicted criminals and was planning to include unconvicted persons on the database. In 2018, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) signed an agreement with a German company to carry out the project, named "Yaqeen".
